By creating a Natipost account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Natipost publishes content to the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and YouTube channels you connect, on the schedule and with the settings you configure. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through them.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage every page or account you connect.
• You must comply with the platform policies of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• You must not use Natipost to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or spam content.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Trials & billing

New accounts include a 21-day free trial of Growth features. After the trial, the account continues on your chosen plan and is billed monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

4. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put connected accounts at risk. The 1-post-per-group-per-day limit and other anti-spam measures exist to keep you in good standing with platforms.

5. Availability & liability

Natipost is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by Facebook, Instagram or YouTube against your accounts.

6. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time via natipost.com/data-deletion.
